Florence the Antique Captial of Colorado

Florence is know a the Antique Capital of Colorado. The main street is lined with antique shops that take hours and hours to walk threw. You can find dolls, clothes, hats, furniture, knives, clocks, the list goes on and on. And make sure to stop in at the local restaurants - they are awesome!

Twenty one houses sold in 2009 that were at least 100 years old. These properties are so much fun, charming and have so much history. Sometimes they have been completely re-rehabilitated and sometimes you need to start from scratch. Some will have all of todays conveniences but most will not.

If you are looking for a quiet cute town to relocate to I highly recomment checking Florence out. I relocated to this area in 1999 and have never looked back - this is my home!
