Developer seeks hotel at Maple, College, an article from the Coloradoan.com, reports that developer Mike Jensen of Keller Williams Realty plans to develop 3.67 acres at the northwest corner of Maple St. and N College Ave. Jensen is talking with several hoteliers and developers about the site. The city and downtown economic groups have long envisioned a full-size hotel downtown to help foster more of a 24/7 atmosphere. Next week, the city and the Downtown Development Authority will meet with potential hotel developers, including Jensen.

How sweet it might be for fort collins to be back in the hotel business in downtown. that and the business incubator are making old town better and better!
