Unemployment is trending downward, and growth in the commercial sector is chugging along in SE Fort Collins. It really is a great time to buy, as high foreclosure rates have brought down prices and sellers are scared. Plans for urban renewal, and development in North and North West Fort Collins further augment the growth in Northern Colorado. Smart investors are snapping up foreclosed property, and waiting for the boom.
As an investor myself, I personally feel signifigant appreciation is on the horizon for this area. I would not be suprised at upwards of 25% appreciation in the next 5 years.
