• The Summary for May 2008 looks like this - 1345 active listings(homes for sale), 337 homes sold, and the average days on the market(DOM) is 113.
  
• There was a slight increase in sales last month. Most noticeably, in the $200,000-$300,000 price range.
  
• There has been a steady increase in the number of transactions(homes sold) each month, since January.
  
• The median price of homes sold this month went down by $17,156.
