Healthier Living in Colorado

Healthier Living Colorado is a program through the South Suburban Parks and Recreation District, for people with chronic disease & those who care and support them.

Learn how to help control pain, manage stress, supervise medications, solve problems, create healthy eating habits and establish a physical activity plan.

To participate go to the Buck Recreation Center, 2004 W. Powers Avenue, Littleton, on Tuesdays from 1/12-2/16 from 1-3:30 pm.
