Four homes sold in The Preserve Luxury Homes community in Greenwood Village in February. No homes sold in January. In the last six months nine homes have sold in the Preserve with average days on the market at 441. Two of the sold homes in February were bank owned and one of them sold 59% of the original asking price. The house was on the market for over 1400 days.

You can find 21 homes for sale in the Preserve Greenwood Village Real Estate market, as of March 7th, 2009. The listing prices range from $865,000 to $8,900,000. The price per square foot ranges from $256 to $979 per square foot. Two new listings came on the market in February. Currently one home is under contract pending sale.
