Highlands Ranch Real Estate : Tuesday Tips : 5 Low-Cost Kitchen Updates to Attract Buyers

We recently read an article, reprinted in the Daily Real Estate News from the original article printed in Realty Times, regarding low-cost kitchen updates that really appeal to buyers. We completely agree with the article and wanted to share it with you.
Considered the heart of a home, the kitchen can be instrumental in selling a property. Many buyers prefer dwellings with modern kitchens, especially since it's a room they'll use every day and a place where they will entertain guests.
Attend open housesin theneighborhood to see how kitchens compare. If all the other homes have new aplpiances, you will want to do the same or accept a lower price.
But a kitchen retrofit does not have to be extensive. A recent Realty Times article offers tips on attracting buyers with lower-cost kitchen upgrades.
Fantastic suggestions all. On many occasions we have made the same suggestions to our sellers. This relatively small investment can result in a quicker sale and a higher net to you. The sample photo we've included in our blog is of a listing we recently sold. These sellers had it all under control when we first met with them. They had already installed the granite as well as a beautiful tile backsplash, new light fixtures, and a new faucet. Even with the builder grade flat oak cabinets this kitchen shines.
If you have any questions about these suggestions, or would like a unbaised eye to tour your home and make suggestions on ways you can improve your home for sale, call Carrie at (303) 931-3629 and Team Sampron will be happy to help.
