We just went to Frijoles, Cuban Food in Lakewood CO.

My wife and I were headed to the grocery store when we saw a sign that said Cuban food. We thought to our self’s Cuban food in Lakewood?

Sergio the owner put us right to work on some plantains. It was at that moment we were sold. I had a roast beef dish (I can’t remember the name.) My wife also had a traditional Cuban dish that was a steak and fries. The family that owns the place was amazingly attentive.

We have been back to Frijoles numerous times now. We always find something new on the menu and we bring our friends there whenever we want to show off a local gem. If you are in Lakewood and want to hit up some delicious Cuban food, head over to Frijoles.
