I have been collecting existing home sales information for a while and now that 2009 doors are closed, I thought it would be interesting to see how the Loveland Colorado existing home market did compared to last year.
The results are great news. The total number of existing homes sold was 1200. Only down 2% or 19 homes from last year. This is fantastic news considering the economy.
The median price only fell 2% ($196,000) as well. So with a sigh of relief and and a huge inhale, let 2010 roar!
