We visited Mesa Verde National Park (CO) today and discovered an amazing piece of history! Amazing in that the Ancestral Pueblo people built their homes beneath overhanging cliffs some 700 years; from A.D. 600 to A.D. 1300. Their dwellings are jaw dropping when you get to actually experience them up close and personal, as we did.
