January Home Sales For Montrose Colorado

Here are the stats on the few homes that did sell during January 2009 as compared to January 2008.

2009 12 $227,191 208

As you can see the number sold dropped in half and the days on the market increased but the average sales price increased a little. It will be interesting to see what happens this month.
