Oh man this is great info!  And important info to see.  Thanks so much for posting this.  I think it would be a good idea to compile stats like this for our market area as well.

Gosh Chris, no wonder the old timers are leaving Summit County for Pagosa.  Your prices are really cheap!  They tell me it reminds them of Summit County as it used to be.

Joanne, I hear the same kind of thing. "This is the old Aspen" is thrown around from time to time also. (if they are all coming here, you and I need to be doing some referral business!! :))

Chris, I didn't have anyone to send them to before!  Now I do....

I love networking with other resort Realtors for that very reason.  I send a lot of business to a friend in Steamboat and I get a lot of business from a friend in Vail.
