Messner Homes in Southern Colorado

At the March 2009 Green Drinks Pueblo ~ Style meeting I was fortunate to meet Andre Messner. Andre is a true green builder. As one of the very few energy efficient, sustainable, environmentally friend builders in the Southern Colorado area. I was really impressed by his knowledge of how to build an Energy Star home and make his clients happy at the same time. His clients have a lot to say about how they want their home built. Andre strives to build a great house and make the home owners happy as well.

I met one of Andres homeowners at the recent Pueblo Home and Garden Show. The owner asked to work the Messner Homes booth - yep he asked! The homeowner is so happy with his energy efficient house that he couldn't wait to tell others about it, and the fact is the house is an award winning home anyway.

Andre gave me the names of other Realtors in the area he has worked with for references. And yes, I checked him out! I'm happy to say Andre Messner from Messner homes and I plan to work together very soon.
