There's no place like home : Fremont County Colorado
Recently I asked Mel Hirsch from Dogzilla Marketing (a techie person)to analyze my name on Google. She found me everywhere I wanted her to find me and even complimented me on how much I've accomplished on the internet. One criticism was about my content. I have written quite a bit about Pueblo County but little about Fremont County. The funny thing is I love living here - LOVE IT! I moved here in 1999 and it was the best things I've ever done. So in the future I will be trying to share all the benefits, assets and attributes of Fremont County.
Here's a taste of what to expect when you move to Fremont Country Colorado:
1) Skyline Drive (http://www.downtowncanoncity.com/skylinedrive/index.htm ) is a must on your first trip
2) Royal Gorge bridge (http://www.royalgorgebridge.com ) is a definite as soon as you can
3) Introduce yourself to your neighbors, yep, we do that here
4) The people in the local hardware store talk to you and look you in the eye like they already know you
5) Look at neighborhoods called Sumo, Dawson Ranch, Lock Mountain, Lincoln Park, Penrose, Florence, Beaver Park, Brookside, Brewster, Dakota Hideout and a few others. (http://activerain.com/dena )
6) The Arkansas River (http://www.canoncitycolorado.com ) is full of fun including fish and rafting
7) Ask about the Tri-City area
8) Wildlife, hunting, hiking
9) The Pros and Cons of a tourist town (http://www.canoncity-co.worldweb.com )
