$8,000 Tax Credit anyone???

I am saddened to hear that only 1 in 5 borrowers or 80% of first time home buyers even know that the tax credit exists. That is why I have decided to do a first time home buyer seminar. The Million Dollar Challenge. (125 x 8,000= $1,000,000 in tax credits) 125 people into a home. My goal is to get a local housing agency, several Realtors at an office I work with and local business owners who would be willing to promote the seminar with as many sponsors as available. With the number one goal being buyer education. If you have any ideas experience's please share as we all need to team up together and turn the titanic called the US Economy around to avoid hitting another iceberg.
