Outdoor Spaces Add Value to Your Home? Montrose Colorado

This spring I had a major improvement project at my own house, here is the before photgraph taken in early Spring.

Here are the after photos. Since then some accessories have been added such as decorative lights bar stools, Teki Torches. I think it really adds some great outdoor entertaing space. The lumber used is a mix or Redwood and Pine with all of it being stained with the same stain. All the work was done by hiring one of the best builders here in town Joe Sullivan 970-209-0756 his crew did a great job with building it. All he had to go on were bits and pieces from different photos of places I found on the internet.

I believe it will enhance the re sale of my home when the time comes to sell it in the future, not that will be for awhile now we will get to enjoy it in the summers to come. First Chance fro using to entertain is Next Sat Aug 14.
