Is there a Doctor... My Sellers have "Telephobia" - ARGHH

I am sold... What do you think?

Someone told me today about: "Telephobia" and they claimed that 80-90% of americans are literally afraid of calling a human being that they don't know, especially about sales. Is this a fact? For real?!! WHAT?!!

Here are some quick bullet points that I thought of:

People can get more information from a the web than from an individual person

• A website if done right, is fluid and answers all of their questions
  
• For Real Estate, A virtual Tour or picture shows a property
• Just Google your subject and learn without someone UP-Selling to you
• The Internet has no Voice Mail or recorded directories

Who would have thunk it? "Telephobia" - Is there a Doctor in the house?

The more and more that I keep thinking of this, the more that I really need to get the word out about Social Media for Real Estate and all types of business. In fact, maybe I should start having all of my emloyees get on track with it.
