Where do small business owners find the time?? As I sit here with 15 client jobs to publish, and over 50 listings to post into Social Media portals for clients, I'm answering phones and taking orders for more. Multi-tasking is killing me!
Now that I've done this for over 4 years, I'm finally realizing that I can no longer do it all on my own. I know that I need to hire some help, but it's so hard to release the reigns to someone else in fear that quality may suffer, even if only for awhile until the person(s) I train can produce the same results.

There are other thoughts that cross my mind as well, but these seem to be at the forefront. I truly enjoy what I do, however there are times when I look back in time and try to remember when it was actually possible to take a vacation and times were a little less "on the move".
Any advice would be helpful, as I don't want to jump in to this without knowing more about what may happen depending on the decisions that are made.
Thanks and Happy Days!
