31 Days of December Challenge Day 23.

Day 23 I drove to work made some coffee, I did followed up on my listing showing, one of the agent told me I was going call you, because e I will be faxing an offer on your listing in two hours!

In the afternoon did received the offer, I call my seller to setup a meeting, we did meet in the evening, my seller did signed the offer alone with the short sale addendum! Hopefully we will close in couple of months!

It was a good day after all.
