Is it fair to pay less attention to the 70k loans compared to the 200k loans

Do you ever have to wait for a mortgage broker to get your clients loan done over a larger amout of time? It is because, it is a smaller purchase price and there is not much money to be made getting the loan done for their company?? I get offeneded with loan originators not putting in the time or putting my buyer on the back burner, because the loan amount for the property is not a money maker. I want any buyer of mine to get the same service wether he has a 70K purchase or a 2 million dollar purchase, it is a home for the buyer, the biggest purchase of their life in most cases, think of it that way.

Equal service it best for everyone and repeat business for life. What do you think??
