On your mark, get set.....go!

On your mark, get set....go! These are the words I have written on the top of my showing list for tomorrow! Armed with my gps, mapbook, phone, mls sheets, camer, water bottle and tennis shoes, I have 18 homes sheduled to show to my young buyers! Full of energy, cash in the bank and an unbelievably high credit score, they want to see as many homes as possible in a day (a full day!) I counseled them about how many people have a hard time remembering homes that they have viewed once you exceed 6 in a day (some Realtors say 5). With that said, I know these buyers very well and they will walk into a home, take a good look and make a decision as to whether the home could work for them and should be kept on the short list.

So, I will have a good breakfast in the morning, pack some snacks and prepare for my marathon...the best part of this whole experience is the fact that I will be spending the whole day with my son and future daughter-in-law. We will discuss, take notes and photographs, laugh and dream about a new home. I really love what I do!
