Dena, I sat through a presentation on HBM, and it seemed like a great tool, especially if you team up with a Loan Officer to share the follow up work with you. Let us know how this turns out for you.
Dena, does your MLS not do that for you? I guess we are lucky!
George - I've been on HBM since Jan '07 and like it for a buyer management tool. And so far my clients really like it as well. I have a couple of serious buyers who use it several times a week and call me when they want to go see something. The key to HBM is really working with your partner. Tammie is my new partner. That means when I know a client is ready to write she has to snap to attention, return phone calls and follow threw. Everyone has to work together, as it should be. And in this case everyone is one the same web -page.
Joanne - our MLS has some management but this puts everything together well. And again, the buyer, lender and I are literally on the same page.
I also have had sellers on it. They can access the MLS and know what their neighbors are asking for their properties, watch tends and be nosey without having to call me.

Hello, Dena. The last post was over a year ago. How have things gone so far? How do you handle RESPA issues, if any?
Suzi, Tammie and I are doing well. HBM is a great program and we were just discussing new ideas for the new year yesterday. Tammie and I support each others business, buyers can use any mortgage lender or agent they like. But with HBM they always have the option of calling Tammie or meif they want to. HBM is about giving our clients options.
