A Fat Tire Beer is an original product of New Belgium Brewery located at Fort Collins, Colorado.

Named in honour of the New Belguim Brewery founder Jeff from his Bike trip through Belguim. The Beer use a far broader pallete of Ingredients such as fruits, spices, esoteric yeast restrains, this is far from what German and English Breweries are using.

New Belguim is also a Big Supporter of the Tour de Fat Festival which promotes the beauty of usng a Bicycle as a form of Trasportation. This years Tour de Fat will be going around 13 cities in the Country spreading the positive societal offerings of riding in a Bicycle. New Belguim and Tour de Fat also has a campaign called TDF's CAR FOR BIKE TRADE by agreeing to trade your polluting car to a Bicycle you will be committing to a sparkle motion and human-powered means of transportation inspiring all the enthusiasts and many other people who will love a polution free environment.

New Belgium is not an ordinary brewery but a world class green environment Brewery, aside from making good tasting beers like the Fat Tire Beer, they are also committed in helping the environment stay green and polution free. Their waste water facilities are engineered to to make sure waste water and other polutants are dispossed properly and converted to a useful form of Energy that the plant is using. New Belguim ran the engine for six months and produced 400,000 KW of electricity at full the plant can produce 100,000 KWh which can cover 15% of the electricity needs of the plant.

New Begium facilities are world class and the plant is the third largest craft brewery in America. One of the best spot in the brewery is their three Huge Brew Tanks located at the plants pavilion which has a really hot temperature at around 200 degrees farenheit, this spot is used for tours and entertaining visitors who want to know the process of brewing beers. The brewery opens the pavillion up to 10 times a year for local and non-profit organizations to held events and provides catering and a New Belgium Bike to Raffle, All Free of Charge! Aside from this New Belguim also donates $1 for each barrel sold to a philantrophic cause within its distribution zone. Last years results is $400,000 cash donation, and the company is expected to double it's production this year which means a cash donation of almost $1 Million dollars.
