Dena, you would have a hard time buying a condo for under $122,000 around here, much less a house.
George, I know I would have a hard time getting people to Pueblo with no real reason for coming. But the bottom line is the bottom line - Pueblo is a bargain, we're close to the mountains, close to big cities, most properties have a view of something other than the neighbors & we have lots of recreation. I've sold to folks lately who can't wait to have extended family come out and buy. They know a good deal when they see it.
Dena, Not only does it sound nice it's actually a really affordable place to live. I didn't think there was even land to buy for $22,000!
