Fort Collins Accredited Buyer's Representative

After working in the Fort Collins Real Estate market for several years, I received this notification the other day:

Congratulations! We are happy to inform you that the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) has conferred the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation to you.

By no means was this a gift. This designation is earned by not only specialized training but also demonstrating a history of working in the best interest of the buying client. I very much enjoy working as a Buyer's agent in Northern Colorado. I feel, I offer much better service to my clients as their agent as opposed to if I were to act as a Broker in the transaction.

I am very excited to continue to serve my clients now and in the future, and while this designation may, at first glance not appear more than a couple of letters. It proves that the commitment of special training and working hard for my clients has been recognized.
