Denver Short Sale Agents have heard the shout from the media - housing has hit the bottom an d is bouncing up!
Well, this past weekend marked a milestone in the nation’s housing recovery- apparently it has happened – overnight!
Hmmm….while you were sleeping…I always liked that movie…news media everywhere began proclaiming that the housing market has hit a bottom – and is back on its way up. Diane Olick with CNBC proclaimed the calling of the housing bottom along with her pals there – and even Freddie Mace (who, as recently as last Wednesdy had no good news to share) has now announced that it expects a 2-5% increase in home sales in 2012. Inventories are at an all time low and expected to decrease further. This is based on the expectation that mortgage rates will stay low, the economy will drift higher, and consumer confidence will sprout wings and fly. The media headlines indicate they feel that unemployment is going to be hitting new lows, further increasing the odds that the upward swing is just a breath away.
Let me hear from you Arizona, Michigan, Ohio, California, Florida and Nevada!
What's happening - leave me some comments - is it true?? Denver Short Sale Agents want to hear from you!
