Wagner iTeam's Specialized Local Websites and Blogs in and Around Colorado Springs

In an effort to pull it all together, here are the hyper-local websites and blogs that we (the Wagner iTeam) have created and currently manage.

Colorado Springs

Stetson Hills

Greenhaven

  • Greenhaven Real Estate: Greenhaven is a neighborhood within Stetson Hills that was built by John Laing and is very unique, compared to the rest of the area. This is the real estate focused site, offering sale data and Greenhaven market reports.
  • Living in Greenhaven: This is the community-focused Greenhaven site. You will find neighborhood information, area updates and neighborhood pictures here.

Monument

We have plans to offer more specialized sites in the future, and will add them to this list as we build them. If you have an idea for an area that deserves its own site, please contact us: team@wagneriteam.com.

Mariana - what a great collection of informational sites for consumers. Must keep you busy. Do you find some sites are getting more activity than others?

Jeff

Hi Jeff - I timeblock pretty well, so they do not take up too much of my time. Here are the stats:

Colorado Springs Real Estate Connection - This is my RSSPieces site. PR3 and I get a lot of hits, but until I am out of the sandbox I am not ranking yet.

Stetson Hills sites - Rank page #1 for all the major Stetson Hills RE search terms. I just built them about a month ago and am already seenig business from it.

Greenhaven Sites - One is a PR3 and both of them, combined, have proven to be a valuable resource for Greenhaven, as I get great feedback from the homeowners in the area.

Monument Site - This is an AdvancedAccess site that ranks #1 for some major Monument search terms, so we get a lot of traffic. The ranking is due 100% to my bloggging and linking back to it.

Mariana -- I'm exhausted just flipping through the sites!  Great job. . .I'm considering a RSSPieces site, what has been your experience?  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know how you do it all - You guys are top notch. Keep up the great work and thanks for the collection of sites in one place.

Lori - I love RSSPieces and highly recommend them to anyone who is willing to take the blog bull by the horns and be a part of it's success.

Chrissy - Thanks! :)

Mariana - i have looked at some of these and you have done a very nice job.  The compiled list here is a good idea as well.

Wow, Mariana, very impressive list of hyper local sites.  How often do you post to each of them?

Mariana,

Nice layout and Love the photos...especially the first one...i always like mountains in the background...i live under water so it's a change:)

Hey Mariana - YOU are THE queen of all things local for your area, and this list of your blogs and sites just proves that.  YOU are in the sandbox??

Lori - I have an RSS Pieces blog as well, and LOVE it.  Their blogs are terrific and their support is AWESOME.  In my opinion, you can't go wrong with a blog with RSS Pieces.

Ann

Steve - HI! It is nice for me to have them all in one place as well.

Lisa - It depends. I try to post about 2-4x a month. Not very often.

Neal - That is Pikes Peak. I love it!

Ann- I guess it TAKES a queen to KNOW a queen! LOL! Yes. I will probably be in the sandbox for awhile. I have a lot of direct competition.

Miriana, what a great barrage of sites.  I honestly don't know how you do it...time blocking and all.
