Road to Recovery

I wanted to share some good news, to start the weekend off in a positive light. In this morning's Rocky Mountain news it states "The summer's housing numbers in Denver are showing all the signs of a market headed into recovery, save for two: rising numbers of sales and prices. Those indicators could begin arriving as early as fall." What great news, as homeowners have been tightening the purse strings to brace for recession. Be patient as it will take time, maybe more than we'd like, but Denver is strong and will turnaround.
