Interest Rates Falling...Good News

Interest Rates for 30 year and 15 year Mortgages have been falling recently just like gas prices.

This first week in December 08 the 30 Year Mortgage rate has been around the 5.25% range and a 15 year around 4.75%. The trend seems to be for the rates to drop maybe .25% more in the coming weeks.

With rates this low many people should be ab,e to take advantage and refinance there exsisting mortgage, or if you have been fence sitting about buying a home then this would be a good time to buy.
