I plan to Flip it but if i got a good renter I would be fine keeping it also.
Looks like my house - including the mud work and (unfortunately) yellow kitchen. Enjoy the fix up!
I just helped a client fix one and it turned out great. Check out this theater room! It also has bamboo floors, concrete counters and new carpet, not to mention a Steam Shower!!
