New Year, New Company; Crist Properties

After 20+ years of working for "other" local and international real estate firms, Kate Crist has moved on to start her own private business, "Crist Properties".

Kate Crist has also added Staging Consultations to her portfolio of offerings to her clients. "Often times my listings sell faster and for more money, because I help my Sellers maximize their leverage by professional home design concepts specifically driven for the real estate market."
