Consisting of 1,042 2-5 acre lots, (half of those remain vacant) and spreading over 2800 acres, Glacier View Meadows has some of the most beautiful building lots in Larimer County. Many lots within the subdivision abut Forest land, and there are several designated open areas within this peaceful mountain subdivision. Spectacular views of the Mummy Range, hiking trails, 3 private ponds, massive rock outcroppings, mountain meadows and heavy timber make this a beautiful place to live.
Community services provided by the property owners association include, snow removal, road grading, stocking the ponds, and for some lots: community water and sewer. Other lots in the subdivision have the right to drill their own wells and install a septic system.
Volunteerism & a strong sense of community shine through the eyes of the Glacier View Fire Department, the Glacier Gals ( monthly potluck suppers and fund raisers), and the Eco committee, just to name a few.
