Tom Everest, land owner of Maryland Creek Ranch, got preliminary approval from the Silverthorne Town Council to build 12 more lots in this high-end subdivision proposed off of Highway 9, north of Eagles Nest subdivision. This is the first step in the land use process- the PUD amendment still needs preliminary and final approval to move ahead. This goes hand-in-hand with Everist's proposal to annex an additional 60 acres of his ranch into the town.
