MetroBrokersTV: I am Amy Chase with Metro Brokers TV. I am here with Laura Champe today out of the Summit office. Laura, welcome.

Laura Champe: Thank you Amy.

MetroBrokersTV: So, tell me a little bit, where is your office physically located?

Laura Champe: We are in Silverthorne, very easy to find, corner of Highway 9 and Fifth Street; just a mile or so from Lake Dillon, close to the Factory Stores, the Raven at Three Peaks golf course, in the center of all the activity.

MetroBrokersTV: So, someone can pop in, play a game or play a round of golf, do a little shopping in the outlet stores, and easily pop in to your Metro Brokers office.

Laura Champe: Yeah. Come visit us when you are passing through.

MetroBrokersTV: Terrific. Tell me how long have you been in business Laura?

Laura Champe: We opened this office eight years ago in Silverthorn, but I have been in real estate since '94.

MetroBrokersTV: And how many brokers are currently in your office?

Laura Champe: There are now five of us. We are all our own brokers.
