Here are a few articles from this weekend's paper. There is definitely a different energy around the market. Frequency of floor calls, increase in showings and pending sales. The squeeze is in for first time home-buyers taking advantage of the tax credit. Must close by Dec 1, 2009. We shall see if they extend it for next year.
