One of Branford CT's largest estates is letting the public in for a rare glimpse of the 40 acre estate with magnificent gardens. This weekend, the Cosgrove Estate will host a Garden Tour on the property's park-like grounds.
The estate and land has been with the Cosgrove family since the late 1800s. The property's many acres house two ponds and many gardens. Proceeds from the Garden Tour will go to the adult day care center, "Orchard House" in the Short Beach neighborhood of Branford.
