Beware Active Rain Adiction Day 12- I'll take a Mulligan

Today is my birthday and I am off to spend some time with my wife and daughters. My neice also just had a baby so there seems to be a hour and a half ride (both ways) in the making too. I will attempt to write a proper blog later tonight if I can.

Funny how the world doesn't stop just because it is your birthday. I have to give a client an opinion of value on two rental properties.. one is a Rental Property in New Milford and on is a Rental Property in Brookfield. The Rental Property in New Milford is a three bedroom two floor apartment in a Two Family home. The Rental Property in Brookfield is a three bedroom two bath with a two car garage near Candlewood Lake. It is being totally redone and will look like new when it is finished. I also have to call a few clients to set up appointments for tomorrow. Typical Realtor's Birthday I guess. Happy Birthday to Me! Happy Birthday to Me! Happy Birthday to Me!
