Hi Valerie, This sounds like a super program! There is nothing like helping to prevent an injury...
Valerie this is a great idea, I wish they had this when my two boys were yonger.
Velerie, This is so needed here in Temecula. Just last Saturday, I was on a winding road and all traffic had to slow for a bicycle. This was a two lane road that was very narrow. The lady on the bike flipped me off when I honked at her!
Teresa... I like that the town puts on this event annually, it shows that they care for the children.
George.. They might not have had the program when your children were younger, but I am sure you did a GREAT job of making sure they were safe.
Jane... It is amazing the lack of respect that people give each other.. especially when all you are trying to do is make sure she knew you were there.
Just yesterday, I tried to help out a boy right a bike against traffic. I tried to tell him he needed to be on the other side of the road and go with the cars. All I got as a reply was the *F* word.
