In addition, there are many corporate offices & businesses located beyond the neighborhood on the west side of Danbury.
Home Prices: Because of the variety of homes in the Long Ridge neighborhood, there is a wide price range. Most homes sell in the upper $300,000s, and it is possible to find a small home in the Lake Waubeeka neighborhood in the mid $200,000s. There are several newer homes that sell in the high $500,000s to the high $800,000s.
