Long Wharf Pier - Long Wharf Harbor New Haven CT

Just off of I-95 on Long Wharf Drive is the 600 foot Long Wharf Pier. The pier is a popular spot for bird watchers and where visiting tall ships dock during the summer.

Across the harbor at the Port of New Haven you can watch the activities of the tankers and cargo ships that are daily droppiong off or picking up their cargo.

If you're looking for a great day out with the family or a corporate outing, Long Whaf Pier is the home of the Quinnipiack Schooner and the Amistad Schooner.

Both offering sailing cruises during the summer months of the New Haven Harbor area. The Amistad Schooner is a life size replica of the historic Freedom Schooner Amistad and the Quinnipiack Schooner additionally serves as a floating classroom for hundreds of our local students.
