The median sales price of single-family homes in North Haven remains fairly steady. The fourth quarter median in 2006 was down about 3% from the high of 2005 but the average sales price remained the same at roughly $344,000. North Haven prices and the number of units sold faired much better than some of the surrounding towns that have seen declines of 15% or more in both the median selling price & number closed sales.
