Wouldn't it be nice to have a retirement account?!

Wouldn't it be nice to have a retirement account?! Let's face the fact that one of the biggest drawbacks to our profession is that when we retire or(just become listing--less) there is no pension or no retirement income of any kind whatsoever. While our buddies are working their 9 to 5 we get to work days, nights and week-ends too. When they retire after 25-50 years they have accumulated a certain amount in their retirement account that they can now take out monthly in their golden years. If we haven't voluntarily set aside some money(and how many of us actually do) then we are faced with the prospect of living off the equity in our primary home or from the profit from some of our Real Estate investments. Now, to be honest, how many of us have any equity left in our primary residences or any substantial profit from our Real Estate investments. Ok, to be fair, not much value is left in our friends retirement accounts either but that is beside the point.

If we don't have a retirement account and not much value in our investments then what else can we do. HMMMM. Wouldn't it be nice if we were able to generate some passive income every month? How about if we were able to build this passive income to the point that we have a monthly income that might match our regular income. Sounds a bit like a fairy tale doesn't it?

What if everyone in your Real Estate office had your best interest at heart? What if there was no competition in your office and instead it was a nurturing environment where your peers were genuinely happy when you succeeded and, in fact, actually also profitted when you profitted too. What would it be like if your peers were willing to share all their experience and marketing tips with you. How about if there was a continuing education course taught almost everyday that would keep you sharp and on top of the newest techniques in the marketplace. What if these courses were being taught by other agents in your office and their only goal was to make you a better agent? Nice to dream anyway, isn't it?

Well, guess what? Keller Williams (http://www.kw.com) is such a company. When the office profits for the month that profit is shared by the agents in the office that have contributed to that profit. Educational courses are offered on an almost daily basis either by experienced Keller Williams agents from across the country by video conferencing or by an experienced agent in the office. It's "all for one and one for all" because the profit of each individual agent depends on the effectiveness of every agent in the office and the profit of the office as a whole. There are many agents across the country that generate monthly passive income in the five figure range and this income carries on after the agent has retired.

This office wide teamwork leads to better service to our clients which is the ultimate goal anyway. If you're looking for an office that sounds too good to be true then please feel free to contact a member of our team; The Beninson Associates. When we all work together toward a common goal amazing service to our clients is the end result. Why would you want to go anywhere else??
