Not sure where to go with that one, special transaction? Should you let it, just die?
When in doubt, I ask myself these few questions?
What are the reasons why it is not working out?
Are my clients frustrated and unhappy?
That last question, is the reason for either staying with it, or walking away. My purpose is to get that deal done, correctly, and more importantly, to make sure that my clients are okay with what is happening during this transaction.
Whether you need that closing or not, doesn't really matter. If your clients are happy with your service, you will have more closings in your future. Protect and work for them, like they are your family.
