As we go into the new year, we all need a few extra helpful reminders of what we all KNOW we should be doing. The following are some of my helpful tips in building your database – don’t be shy, add yours too!
· Start with your personal address book, get those friends and family members on that list!
· Checkbook register – add people you do business with include doctors, lawyers, accountants, other professionals
· Include neighbors, schools, houses of worship, clubs & organizations, volunteer work, sports, political groups, recreational activities
· Include old leads from open houses, LeadRouter, ads & signs and from prospecting activities that decided not to move (expired and FSBOs)
· Referral agents with your company and agents who left the business
· Strive to add a min of one new name per day and be sure to make “contact” with your new addition to your list
