Zillow APP For Both The iPone & Droid

For those of you that have not seen it yet, Zillow now has an APP for both the iPhone and Droid. I am not a big fan of Zillow, but I will check Zillow for a quick value on a house if I do not have a better source at the time, or I just want to get a ruff estimate. I find that this happens quite a bit when I am on the road, away from the office where I can get a better estimate.

Even though I feel that Zillow is lacking in accuracy in estimating house values, I have to say that it is a cool APP. Here are some of the features:

• It lets to search for houses for:
• For Sale
• For Rent
• Recently Sold
• By House Price
• By Rent Price
• House In Nearby Neighborhoods.
• It has a Favorite Home Section
• It lets you draw on the maps that it pulls up
• A Mortgage Calculator.

Best of all it is fast and easy to use. I have played around with it a little bit, and so far I am impressed. Now if we could only get Zillow to do a better job on these property value estimates.
