Staging for a "Man Cave"

Last fall I staged the model unit for Seaview Village in Bridgeport, CT.  It's some of my favorite work to date. This weekend, I finished staging the bonus room, which is next to the two-car garage; it had been left unfinished, and housed utilities. It was important to the sales process to have this space finished off to demonstrate the potential of the entire home. The architect and I agreed to position it as an entertainment room, or as I like to call it, a "Man Cave": TV, home office, and guest quarters. The results blend well with the staging I did in the rest of this townhouse, and I think women as well as men would be very comfortable here.
