Yes, it is that time of year. Colleges are presenting diplomas to their graduating classes. Our future, our leaders of tomorrow. It gives you a wonderful feeling when you see the pride and promise of a new graduate.
Today, my Daughter's boyfriend, Josh Foell, graduated college. CCSU, Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Ct. The ceremony was held at the Excel Center in downtown Hartford.
It was a beautiful, sunny and warm day here in Connecticut. Josh owned today. He stood tall and proud, smiling ever so often. Full of pride and promise, this young man certainly has success in his future. He deserves all of the best. As he opened his gifts today, surrounded by his family and friends, you could feel his pride and humility. His niece assisted him with the many cards and presents offered. He patiently waited for her que, and then slowly read all the good wishes that were offered to him. My Daughter, Tricia, has encouraged him and was proud to be by his side. He worked full time while attending school. His "why" is very strong. Their continued encouragement and support helped him on his journey. One of our gifts to him was the book by Dr. Suess, "Oh the Places You Will Go!" and know that many doors of opportunity are just waiting to open for him.
Congratulations, Josh! Class of 2008
It's a Good Life!

Frances graduating college is a major step in life and Josh has every right to be proud of what he has accomplished so far. Hopefully college has prepared him for what awaits him.
They left for a cruise this morning:) Life is good for those who work hard and reach their goals!
Fran, nice ThemThem to Josh and congrats to him! He sounds like he will go places in his life with the drive he has. Thanks for sharing with the group.
