Everytime I receive good service, I am going to blog about it.
This week I want to recognize the great customer service of Staples. I am sure they are a company that most people, (big and small) businesses take for granted. It is not like you have a personal relationship with anyone in particular. You buy stuff online or over the phone, and it is delivered.
Recently there was a little snafu in the order. The regular supplies came to our our office, but we didn't get "the FREE stuff" promised by the coupon.
I like FREE stuff. I don't care if I was Bill Gates, I would still like FREE stuff. A call was made to give Staples a "what's up?" The friendly customer representative, Stephanie, said it would be taken care of, and it was!
The next day, UPS delivered to our office FREE stuff!
Now some may think I am wasting my time blogging about something that seems inconsquential, but there are consquences for poor customer service! You lose customers!
Staples showed accountability, and they were timely.
Thank you, Staples for the FREE stuff, and especially great service!
