Floor Time! Well somebody has got to do it! I am always thankful when there is someone in the office to make an appointment or answer a question about any of my listings. I think when prospects reach someone in person; it provides an opportunity to generate interest in the listing they are seeking information about. A cheerful, "Certainly, I will be happy to get that information for you", goes a long way.
Actually, a good percentage of my sales have come from either answering the phone on floor time or handling walk-ins. It's always that first contact that makes a difference. And after all, aren’t you half way there if the prospect is walking in or calling you? They already have some interest and are waiting for you to help them.
