JENRAN HOMES STIMULUS PACKAGE AND WEBINARS ANNOUNCED
Woodstock, CT February 23, 2009 – JenRan Homes is pleased to announce their stimulus promotion and free homebuilding webinars. With our stimulus promotion, any client who signs a contract with us to build a new home this year will be able to hold payment of $8000 of our fee until they receive their tax credit in 2009.
“While the federal government is trying to help stimulate the economy, we thought we would help by deferring payment until our clients actually receive their stimulus payment from the IRS.” said Randy Esposito, owner, JenRan Homes, LLC. “I feel it’s the least we can do to help to those you can take advantage of the new homebuyer tax credit.”
The home building webinars are free to those interested in learning more about the home building process. All that is required is a high speed internet connection and speakers. Our first webinar this year is March 19th at 7pm. To register, those interested just need to contact us via phone or email to reserve a space.
The seminar also offers answers to basic building information questions including:
- Should I hire a General Contractor
- How to establish a building budget
- How long will it take to build a home
- What effects the cost of the home
- What types of permits are necessary?
